Real Estate Development Plan Shows Downtown Opportunities
In late 2024, Delta Magic commissioned a Real Estate Development Plan for Cherry and Walnut Streets as part of their USDA Rural Business Development Grant. The plan is designed to show gaps and opportunities downtown, along with funding sources for next steps. Through this study, we are also able to make recommendations for businesses that could match the vacant buildings downtown. We suggest that anyone who is interested in investing downtown read this study first, as you can get a quick idea of the gaps and opportunities that exist.
