Since 2018, we have engaged five cohorts of AYLF Fellows who hail from counties that lie along the Mississippi River delta in northwest Mississippi as well as southeast Arkansas, with the cities of Helena-West Helena, AR and Clarksdale, MS serving as primary hubs for programming.

Delta Magic highlights the “magic” of the Delta by spearheading collaborative initiatives and connecting resources that build local capacity, challenge negative narratives, and foster community pride.

Together for Hope Arkansas works to empower communities and individuals to use their God-given gifts.

Thrive, Inc. is a dynamic non-profit organization based in Helena, Arkansas, since 2009, Thrive Inc. guides rural communities to new economic opportunities through rebranding, placemaking, and youth engagement. Local high school students are integral to Thrive’s work through paid internships and after-school civically engaged workshops that introduce creative career paths and skills related to art/design, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
