Lockhart, Sr. Foundation is established to aid the endeavors of graduating high school students who are attending college and demonstrate an interest in what Dr. Lockhart was most passionate about – higher education. Dr. Lockhart devoted himself to helping students achieve heights otherwise thought impossible. Dr. Lockhart dreamed of seeing every student that entered the doors of his school leave with the idea that attending college was not only possible but necessary.
