Since January 2026, the Delta Magic team has been working behind the scenes to organize, inspire, and elevate the region it serves. That starts with hiring the right people, and the photo above reflects a unique team of local leaders. The Delta Magic team is a passionate group committed to celebrating the South—especially Phillips County—while driving positive change and reshaping the narrative of the Delta.

Led by Executive Director Abe Hudson, the team brings vision, energy, and purpose to every effort. Program Manager Kyron Williams ensures impactful programming, Community Engagement Operations Coordinator Shay Zigler builds meaningful relationships across the community, and Intern Nyla Rattler brings fresh ideas and momentum to the work.
